Facility
The Augusta Aquatics Center , 3131 Damascus Road, Augusta, Ga. 30904 Phone 261-0424.
Indoor with 2-25 yard pools with 10 competition lanes each pool. Colorado 5 electronic timing with scoreboard will be provided. Seating capacity is 1000. No spectator seating on deck. One 10 lane pool will be used for competition. Warm up and cool down lanes provided in South pool after meet begins. No spectators allowed on deck. No coolers or chairs allowed in venue.

Available at our website csraswim.org  THERE WILL BE NONE AVAILABLE AT THE MEET

Rules
CSRA Swim League Constitution and By Laws will govern the meet. All officials must wear their USA or CSRA League Badges and proper attire.

Eligibility
Open to all registered CSRA Swim league swimmers who have participated in at least Two (2) dual meets during the 2010 season. Age eligible as per CSRA rules is age as of 6/1/10.

Entries
All entries must be submitted via HY-TEK Team Manager by mailing or delivering disk or may be submitted by "e mail" to Meet director. IMPORTANT: Each Swimmer is limited to Two (2) individual events and TWO (2) relay events. Each team is limited to two relay entries per relay event EXCEPT for the crescendo relay, which is limited to one entry.

Entry Deadline
All entries must be received by TBD by each division. Please submit entries via Hy-Tek Team Manager to Meet Directors: Late entry procedure -1st day- TBD After 6:00pm-Warning to Coach and Team Rep-phone/email 2nd day- 2nd warning - 3rd day-Team will not participate.

Late Entries
Late entries will be accepted up to one half hour before start of the meet and entered with no time (NT) on a lane available basis. THERE WILL BE NO SWAPPING OF EVENTS ONCE THE MEET HAS BEEN SEEDED. Clerk of Course will be located in weight training room or at timing console.

Scoring
Individual events: 11-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
All Relay events: 22-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 (includes Crescendo relay)

Awards
Team Trophies presented to top 2 finishers in each division. Individual ribbons 1-10. Relay ribbons 1-10. Participation ribbons will be provided for each team.

Meet Workers
Each division should arrange one Meet referee, one Administrative Referee, one Deck Referee, one Meet Director, one Computer Software Operator, one Starter, one Head Timer, four (minimum) prefer six Stroke and Turn Judges, and one Runner. Referee will be in charge of meet operations and have full authority. Scoring will be handled by using computer with Hy-Tek Meet Manager.

Venue Reminder
No spectators on deck. 10 Deck passes will be available for each team. No coolers or chairs inside. Coolers and chairs outside OK. Team seating on deck preferred. Seating in balcony &outside OK. Team Shepherds and coaches are responsible for getting swimmers to ready areas or to starting blocks. Coach's may pick up their packets which will be available at front desk upon arrival after turning in their availability sheets for the All-Star Meet.  It will contain 8 heat sheets and their deck passes. No other complimentary copies.
